Nargess Heydari, Ph.D., is a technology leader and artificial intelligence expert with over a decade of experience spanning systems design, algorithm development, and production-grade AI solutions. She currently serves as Vice President of Research & Development and an AI Consultant, where she leads the design and deployment of scalable, audit-ready AI systems that integrate seamlessly into real-world operations. 

Dr. Heydari specializes in transforming advanced AI models into reliable, operational solutions, with a focus on governance, lifecycle management, and sustainable deployment. Her work emphasizes treating AI as an engineering discipline, enabling organizations to move from experimentation to measurable business impact. 

She holds a Ph.D. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where her research focused on signal processing, biomedical systems, and machine learning applications in areas such as brain-computer interfaces (BCI), wearable health technologies, and electrocardiogram (ECG) signal analysis.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Heydari contributed to cutting-edge research in neural engineering and biomedical device design, applying deep learning and signal processing techniques to complex physiological data. Her academic work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, reflecting her strong foundation in both theory and applied innovation.
