Most executives know AI from one vantage point. I have led it from five. As Chief  Business Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Sales  Officer, and Chief Product Officer across AWS, IBM, and Unstoppable Domains, I  have built AI-driven businesses from product conception through $5B in revenue  generation. That range of operational experience, spanning Fortune 100  infrastructure and unicorn-stage growth, is what separates execution from  commentary. 

My AI journey started in 2015 at IBM, where I led the Software Group ecosystem including AI and helped develop the industry's first business model for AI partnerships. As Channel Chief, I built a $7B business on AI, Cloud, and IoT. As CMO of WebSphere,  I created a new industry category that captured 70% market share and delivered 18  consecutive quarters of double-digit growth. As Chief Sales Officer, I drove  double-digit revenue growth by accelerating IBM's largest acquisition to become  the number one market leader. These roles gave me a foundation in building  technology categories from scratch. 

At AWS, I established the Enterprise Workload division, developing the business  innovation strategy, partnerships, and programs that generated $5B in revenue with  55% year-over-year growth. I created the top five revenue-producing enterprise  workload services and launched AWS Launch Manager, capturing 10,000+ new customers  in year one. I also founded the first AWS employee women's group and created a C Suite Women's group fostering diversity and inclusion globally. 

At Unstoppable Domains, I led the company from early-stage operations to Unicorn  status, driving 2300% growth as COO before transitioning to CBO. Today I lead go to-market across sales, marketing, and community, scaling our ecosystem to over  4.5 million digital identities. I built an AI agent that handles 47% of customer  support inquiries, a real-world proof point of AI deployment at scale. My Forbes  contributor work has earned five Editor's Choice recognitions, and I have been  named AI Executive Champion of the Year, CNN Top 10 Women in Tech, and Forbes 50 Over 50. 

I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Computer Science AI degree from Duke  University.
